Round table held on “Political View of Innovation Ecosystem” as part of Innovation Week
A round table on the topic "Political View of the Innovation Ecosystem" was organized today at ADA University as part of the InnoWeek – Innovation Week by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the United Nations Development Programme.
The event was attended by representatives of the innovation ecosystem – heads of governmental and non-governmental agencies, incubation and acceleration centers and other relevant organizations.
At the round table, the results achieved in Azerbaijan in connection with the implementation of the project UNECE Subregional Innovation Policy Outlook were presented and discussed.
The aim of the above-mentioned project is to assess innovation policy, the scope and quality of innovation in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus.
The project also serves to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the region’s economy.
It should be noted that the project is supported by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and is being implemented with financial support from the Swedish Government.
