As of today, Premium Bank will provide its customers with cloud-based signature certificates.
Cloud-based signature simplifies banking operations, allows conducting banking operations in a more convenient way, quickly and safely carrying out the process of signing documents in electronic form. The cloud-based signature management system reflects both confirmation of legal obligations and the creation of a secure environment in terms of security.
To obtain a cloud-based signature certificate, a citizen applies to Premium Bank and provides his personal data –ID card information, the used phone number (not necessarily in the name), e-mail address. – an ID card, the used phone number (registration in his name is not compulsory), an email address. The bank operator enters personal data into the system, and the certificate is prepared within 2 minutes. An SMS message confirming the readiness of the certificate and PIN code are sent to the client’s mobile number.
Through this certificate, the documents are mutually signed by both the client and the bank employee.
In accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the process of signing online is the same as signing on paper. The security of signed documents is fully ensured.
After a citizen chooses an electronic service, a one-time code for the signing process is sent to the citizen’s mobile phone number. Then, documents to be signed are selected, PIN code and one-time code are entered in the opened window, and OK button is clicked on. Within a few seconds a signed file (.edoc format) will be received.
The validity period of a cloud-based signature is 3 years.
It should be noted that the project, carried out in cooperation with Premium Bank, serves to increase the citizen satisfaction. Thus, citizens can get remote access to financial statements, obtain information about the balance on their accounts, enter into an agreement with a bank, apply for a loan and benefit from other services.
Data Processing Center and Premium Bank launch project cloud-based signature
Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and Premium Bank have begun cooperating in the implementation of the project cloud-based signature.As of today, Premium Bank will provide its customers with cloud-based signature certificates.
