During the special quarantine regime, Aztelecom LLC and Baku Telephone Communications LLC (Baktelecom) of the ministry will ensure uninterrupted operation of fixed telephone services and broadband internet.
Citizens’ appeals to the Unified Call Center "155", "170" and hotline number "1655" of the ministry, which operate around the clock, are immediately processed and sent to the appropriate structural units. Appeals are also accepted in an electronic form through the email addresses and social media accounts of the ministry and agencies.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies continues to take the necessary measures to provide citizens with high-quality and sustainable transport, postal and telecommunication services, including internet, mobile communications, radio and TV broadcasting in an accelerated regime.
