First stage of international certification program of incubator and innovation centers launched

The Innovation Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has launched the first stage of the international certification program of incubator and innovation centers.
 
At the initial stage, relations were established with higher educational institutions, and a corresponding online survey was conducted to assess the existing infrastructure and material and technical base.
 
Under the program, incubator and innovation centers operating in higher educational institutions will be brought in line with international standards. Appropriate training and certification of their coordinators will also be organized.
 
The whole process will consist of four stages. At the first and second stages, the innovation centers will be assessed and informed, at the third stage, the coordinators working there will be certified, and at the last stage, the centers will be accredited in accordance with international standards.
