Another regional center for blind and visually impaired persons to be opened soon
Another Regional Center of Information Technologies for blind and visually impaired persons has been created. The new center has been built in Yevlakh city within a project implemented jointly by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies. The center is expected to be put into operation in the first half of the current year.Views: 709
