Head appointed to Innovation Agency
The chairman and board members of the Innovation Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies were appointed by order of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
Tural Kerimli was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Innovation Agency, Fariz Guliyev and Ayan Kerimova – members of the Board.
Tural Kerimli was born in 1981.
He graduated with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in international law from the faculty of international law of the Caucasus University.
He continued his education in investment decisions and behavioral finance at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
He headed the ISRA group of companies in 2009-2017.
He has worked as director of the High Technologies Park under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan since January 2018.
It should be noted that Fariz Guliyev previously worked as a senior teacher at the Business School of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and Ayan Kerimova worked as head of the Project Support and Business Development Department of High Technologies Park LLC.
