Annual conference IDC IT Security & Datacenters Transformation Roadshow 2012 has today kicked off in Baku.
The conference has covered modern ways of improving the efficiency of IT-infrastructure of enterprises and maintains the continuity of their business processes.
At the event the reports were delivered by IDC International president Philippe de Marcillac, IDC CEMA senior vice president & managing director Steven Frantzen and others.
The conference covered issues related to new technologies and development strategy of data processing centers (DPC), growth of processed and stored data, possibility of reducing costs in today’s storage infrastructure, cloud technologies, business models, information security, legislation in this area, security as a service, etc.
The conference was attended by general and executive directors, IT-directors, technical directors, heads of departments, heads of user support service, specialists in the field of operational and technical support, managers of IT service management processes, directors of information security, economic security service managers, IT-managers , field manager, and persons responsible for decision making in the field of security.
