According to information provided to ICTnews by the head of department of the ‘Baku Telephone Communication’ Production Unit Hikmat Agayev, new paystations are now being installed in the Baku Underground Railroad. ‘The new paystations will accept both coins and electronic cards.
They have already been installed in ‘Memar Adzhemi’ and other stations. Apart from underground railway stations, installation of new paystations is also being carried out in other places in Baku.
80 new Chinese paystations were brought to Azerbaijan in June 2012. Around 70 paystations have been installed in Baku so far. We want to complete the installation work by the end of this month. New paystations are also being installed in villages around Baku.
