The new electronic service is called "Pension Calculator" and may be used by citizens for calculating the size of their pensions.
According to information provided by the e-Government Centre the calculation is implemented based on FIN indicated on the citizen’s ID card and the citizen’s length of service till 2006.
Following the citizen’s inquiry, the e-service automatically carries out the calculation of the rate of pension. The calculation process is implemented in real time mode, and the citizen is provided with information about the exact size of his/her pension within the shortest possible time. The new service doesn’t require any documentation from the citizen. In case of dissatisfaction with the work of the new service, the citizen may lodge a complaint to higher authorities or the court. The complaint can be made either in paper or electronic form.
The paper-and-pencil complaint must be sent to the State Social Fund’s mail address, and the electronic complaint must be sent to "info@sspf.gov.az" e-mail address. The citizen must indicate his/her first name, surname, patronymic, permanent address, workplace, mail or email address in the complaint. The complaint will be examined within 15 days after its submission.
The complaints requiring additional consideration will be examined within 1 month upon their acceptance.
