The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT) has given relevant instructions and recommendations to associations and telecommunication agencies and country’s telecoms operators to provide the population with high quality telecommunication and information technologies services, including mobile services, radio and TV broadcasting during Ramadan (Eid-ul-Fitr) holiday.

 

To this end, during the holiday a duty will be organized and relevant measures will be taken to ensure the uninterrupted and quality telecommunication and information technologies services, radio and TV broadcasting, complete elimination of damaged lines, providing required access to the Internet, regulating the working schedule of post offices, strengthening the protection of communications facilities and strict observance of the rules of fire safety.

 

Along with the above-mentioned, during the holiday home phones will not be switched off for debt or for some reasons, as well as all appropriate measures will be taken for prompt consideration and solution of received applications.

 

A number of additional measures will also be taken for the convenience of customers during the holiday.
