The Supervisory Board of the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies (SFDIT) under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan has defined criteria for the selection of grant projects. The evaluation and funding of grant projects will be carried out based on these criteria.
The evaluation of grant projects will be conducted based on 12 criteria. The project might score 1 or 0 point by each selection criterion. The project needs to score at least 8 points to pass the evaluation. It should be noted that the main complex evaluation of projects will be carried out by the fund’s experts. Still, independent experts will also be involved in the evaluation process.
