The e-service, which is being provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, is aimed at facilitating the procedure of informing the relevant state structure about industrial accidents, as well as creating necessary conditions for conducting investigations of industrial accidents in a prompt manner in accordance with modern requirements.
Note that, according to the Labour Law, the employer must inform the State Labour Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population about injures sustained by his employees at work in order for the State Labour Inspection Service to conduct investigation of industrial accidents.
To use this e-service, a state organisation, physical person or a legal entity should pass authentication on the E-government portal (www.e-gov.az) using an e-signature card or Mobile Authentication Certificate. After accessing the portal, the user needs to select the e-service "Provision of information on industrial accident to the relevant state structure".
The system will start to automatically determine information about the employer. Then, the user will have to enter information about the industrial accident into the system. This information includes the date, hour and place of the accident, the cause of the accident, information about the victim and the person who reported the accident.
At the end of the procedure, the system will notify the user about the completion of registration of information on industrial accident.
A new service has been integrated into the E-government portal
