Another innovation has been introduced to the E-government portal
From now on, the users of the E-government portal, including citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, foreigners, stateless persons and legal entities, will be able to send their proposals, requests and complaints to the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan in electronic form via the portal.
To do this, the user should select the e-service "Electronic application to the Ombudsman Office" on the portal.
A new window containing the user rules will appear on the screen. The user should familiarize himself with these rules and click on "Next" button.
In the opened page, the user should select his civil status, for example, "Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan", enter the number of his identity card and PIN code and press "Next" button.
In the new page, the user should enter information about himself, select the type of application (initial or repeated application), enter the text of application (proposal, request or complaint) and click on "Send" button.
