The date of reception of citizens in Shamkir, Tovuz, Aghstafa, Gazakh, and Gadabay regions by Minister of Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade, which had been previously scheduled for September 9 in accordance with the schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions by heads of central executive bodies in September 2016, has been changed.
A new date of reception of citizens in Shamkir will be announced in advance.
