Baku Telephone Communications Production Association has presented its new trademark and website

As part of the ongoing reforms, Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA) of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies has presented its new trademark. Starting from today, BTCPA will continue to operate under the trademark "baktelecom".
 
Within the rebranding process, BTCPA has created its new logo as well.  The new logo depicts the characters "1881 BTC" in Morse code. The numbers 1881 indicate the year of creation of the first telephone communications in Azerbaijan and "BTC" is short for "baktelecom". Note that Morse code was used as the first means of communication in the history of communications.  
 
Additionally, BTCPA has presented its new website to users. The new website fitted with up-to-date features will provide users with detailed information on BTCPA services and innovations in the field of telecommunications. Apart from that, it will offer users the online services of BTCPA.   
 
For example, by using "Call me" function on the website, the subscriber will be able to choose convenient time for contacting the call-center or receiving a call from its operator. "My Account" section will reflect the history of usages, payments and unpaid debts.
 
The user will be able to make payments for using services through "Online payment" section.  "Live Chat" section will enable operators to respond directly to the requests of the customers who, for some reasons, cannot apply to telecommunications nodes.
 
In addition, the new website will provide users with information about new and beneficial campaigns conducted by BTCPA.
