III. Terms and conditions of the contest
The articles should cover the topic;
Articles must contain correct analysis of facts;
Presentation language should be rich;
The essay should be information-intensive;
Articles published in newspapers, journals and news agencies, as well as on the news websites are accepted for the contest from November 1 to November 25, 2016;
Language restrictions are not considered;
Articles should not exceed 8-10 thousand characters;
The article should contain the words "It is submitted for the contest on the 135-year history of the development of communications in Azerbaijan- transition to the information society"
The submitted article can be published in the media where the author does not work.
Publication of the articles submitted for the contest is included in the "black list" of the Azerbaijani Press Council is inadmissible.
IV. Article submission procedure
Articles for the contest can be sent by e-mail to the press@mincom.gov.az or submitted in a separate envelope (electronic data recorded on the disc). In both cases, phone number and e-mail address of the author submitting the article should be indicated.
The following must be submitted:
- 1 copy of the newspaper and journal where the article published;
- Electronic form of the article published in newspaper and journal (Times New Roman, font size14, without indicating the author’s name);
- The article which is not published in electronic media resource, Microsoft Word (Times New Roman, font size 14, without indicating the author’s name) format and by showing the link to the article;
- Copy of a document confirming the author works in mass media and his identity card;
Articles for the contest will be accepted from 1 to 25 November 2016, business days from 09:00 to 18:00 at the address: Baku, Zarifa Aliyeva 77, Public Relations Sector of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies.
All participants are requested to follow the rules of the contest, and we wish success to all.
