The quality certification was carried out by the Norwegian company DNV GL (Det Norske Veritas Germanischer Lloyd), which was founded in 1864 and was proposed to Azerbaijan by the company QVI (Quality Veritas International).
In April 2016, works began to bring internal procedures and organizational measures into compliance with international standards.
The preliminary and final audits, which were conducted in September and November respectively, didn’t find any major discrepancies with the international standards. Consequently, a decision was made to issue the international quality certificate ISO/IEC 20000 - 1:2011 to AzInTelecom LLC.
In future, AzInTelecom LLC will continue to improve the quality of its services in order to bring them into conformity with the information security standards ISO 27001:2013.
As a result of these measures, AzInTelecom will become a reliable provider offering datacentre services meeting the international information security standards.
Note that AzInTelecom is the only datacentre in the region to have been awarded a TIER III level certificate.
The scope of the company’s activity includes the organization of exchange of international voice telephone traffic, creation and operation of international telephone channels through alternative geographic and network routes, exchange of international telecommunication services and optimization of routing, organization of voice traffic, conducting inter-carrier mutual settlements of accounts for these services.
At the same time, with the help of the newly-created datacentre, AzInTelecom provides cloud-based services meeting modern requirements.
AzInTelecom LLC receives international quality certificate
