The director of the telephone exchange Ahmed Mehdiyev told ictnews, that within these activities a new type ONU station had been put into operation near “State Railway” PC.
ONU station is based on NGN technology and offers 62 types of services to users. Ahmed Mehtiyev told that this equipment besides telephone services offers subscribers an opportunity to use high quality multimedia services.
It reduces the distance between subscribers and the station and provides higher speed and quality of the internet. Let’s note that this technology, which is widely used in Baku, confirmed its high quality in the world practice.
