Specialists from the E-Government Training and Education Centre and the Data Processing Centre made presentations at the workshop.
Acting Director of the E-Government Training and Education Centre Rauf Jabbarov provided the gathering with general information about the development of the ICT sector, IT careers, e-government and e-signature.
Then, specialist of the Data Processing Centre Elvin Jafarov made an extensive presentation on the infrastructure and key components of e-government, electronic services, state registries and open government data.
Speaking in detail about the electronic services provided via the E-government portal, he noted that many of these services are intended for young people.
The seminar continued with a question and answer session with students and discussions.
Note that such workshops are organised for the purpose of providing young people with detailed information about e-government, e-services, e-signature, e-documents, etc. and increasing their practical knowledge.
