The quarterly bulletin contains information on the E-government portal, new electronic services that have been integrated into the E-government portal, electronic document circulation, e-signature infrastructure and foreign countries’ experience in the fields of e-government and information and communication technologies (ICT).
The material under the heading "Strengthening the legal framework for creation of e-government" covers decrees on the legal basis of the e-government infrastructure for the first quarter of 2017.
The bulletin holds articles under the following headings: "Austrian specialist highly appreciated the work done in the field of e-government", "Cooperation with the leading Turkish ICT companies started", "Azerbaijan ranks first in the ICT sphere among 32 landlocked countries", "Work began to increase information on the open data portal", "Citizens will be able to carry out mandatory vehicle insurance in online form", "The electronic service "Pochtap" has been integrated into the E-government portal", "Cooperation with the European Union on the development of electronic services and e-commerce is underway". The publication also contains other materials and statistical data.
Note that EGOV AR technology was used in this issue of the "E-government" bulletin. So, using the EGOV AR mobile application, readers will be able to view images and hear sounds that accompany some of the materials.
The EGOV AR mobile application, which is installed on devices running Android and iOS operating systems, was developed with the aim of informing users about the E-government portal, electronic signature and other projects. This mobile application turns photos on the screen into a "live" video.
Note that the bulletin is distributed free of charge and also posted on the portal in electronic form.
