Minister Ramin Guluzade meets with children in online format

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and Public Union Zafar: Support for Martyrs’ Families have organized an online meeting on the occasion of June 1 – International Children’s Day.
 
The video event was attended by children of martyrs and veterans of April battles, as well as children with autism, undergoing rehabilitation in the Public Union "Together and Healthy" (Birgə və Sağlam).
 
At the online event, Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade congratulated the young participants on the occasion of International Children’s Day. The Minister noted that the attitude of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva to all Azerbaijani children, including the children of our martyrs, is an example for all of us. He added that the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies is also always ready to support the children of martyrs. Stressing the importance of such meetings, Ramin Guluzade extended his best wishes to the children.
 
The children also spoke at this meeting, which was held in a warm atmosphere, and recalled their successful participation in Bakutel 2019 exhibition. They said that one of the most memorable moments in their lives was the demonstration of the skills they acquired in robotics courses in front of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva within the exhibition. The young participants of the meeting expressed their best wishes to the children of the whole world, and also spoke about their dreams. Moreover, they thanked the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies for their attention and the conditions created for their participation in a number of IT trainings.
 
Then, the children performed a song in which they called on the world to protect their rights.
 
In conclusion, Minister Ramin Guluzade emphasized that the children of martyrs are the memory of people who sacrificed their lives in the name of the Motherland, and every Azerbaijani is obliged to protect them.
 
It should be noted that the ministry has sent many different gifts to children with disabilities and health problems, children of martyrs and veterans of April battles. In addition, Azercell Telecom LLC provided them with 6-month free access codes to the language learning application Busuu. Through the use of this application, one can simultaneously study 12 languages – English, Russian, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and other languages, and practise grammar, writing, listening and speaking.
