Governed by Item 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
To appoint Rashad Nabi oglu Nabiyev as Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
