The Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the World Bank have signed a grant agreement within the framework of the project on “Modernization of the financial sector by the Swiss ‘SECO’ organization”. According to information provided by head of postal sector of the Ministry of Communication and information technologies Novrus Mammadov, the agreement envisages allocation of 550 thousand US dollars to Azerpost SE. N.Mammadov says that the grant consists of the following 3 components:
- Inspection of Azerpost SE by the international auditing company
- Development of a marketing strategy for Azerpost SE with the aim of creating a new image for the state enterprise
- Organization of trainings for employees of Azerpost SE
Let’s note that a tender is expected to be held for execution of the project.
