Postal parcels sent from foreign countries to Upper-Karabakh and territories adjacent to it are labeled by Armenian side with a tag “There is no access to this territory”.
Let’s note that previously parcels were delivered to Upper-Karabakh and adjacent lands by Baku-Erevan and Baku-Khankendi trains. Presently postal parcels are delivered to Lower Karabakh – Horadiz and Agdam by cars.
After liberation of our lands from armenian occupation, parcels will be delivered from Horadiz to Zangelan and Gubadli, and from Agdam to Khankendi and further to Shusha.
