The 21st General Assembly of the EMS Cooperative of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) was held in Bern, the capital of Switzerland.
Along with Azerbaijan, member countries of the EMS Cooperative (Express Mail Delivery Services) from Europe took part in the event.
Specialists of postal unions made presentations and reports at the assembly. At the event, statistical comparisons were also made for 2017 in the relevant field, and lectures were given. Discussions were also held to improve the results in the coming years.
At the assembly, communication enterprize Azerexpresspost was granted the international award "Customer Satisfaction – 2017".
It should be noted that this award is given to the best call centers of the members of the EMS Cooperative.
Azerbaijan received this award for the best achievements among 182 members of the UPU EMS Cooperative.
