Rapid growth is observed in the postal sphere in Azerbaijan. According to information provided by “Azerpocht” LLC, a new corporate method is applied in construction of post offices in the regions.
At present, the organization has around 1,550 post offices, which offer the following types of services: receipt and delivery of letters, telegrams, parcels, transfer of money, urgent postal services, subscription to newspapers and magazines and their delivery, payment for public utilities, urgent transfer of money to any country in the world, payment for long distance calls, financial and banking services.
