The Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan has hosted the meeting with Mexican delegation.
The Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan has hosted a meeting with the Mexican delegation headed by General Director of Mexican Space Agency Javier Mendieta.
The Ministry reports that at the meeting Minister Ali Abbasov talked about achievements in Azerbaijani ICT, the Trans Eurasian Super Information Highway (TASIM) and other projects. The Minister noted the necessity for promotion of mutual investments in both countries’ ICT sphere, and expansion of the countries’ initiatives.
He also expressed hope for fruitful cooperation between Azercosmos and Mexican Space Agency.
In turn the Mexican guests expressed readiness for cooperation with Azerbaijan in space and their intention to consider the possibility of cooperation with Azercosmos.
In the course of the visit the Mexican delegation held meetings in the Teleradio Production Association and got acquainted with scientific research conducted in Shemakhi Astrophysical Scientific research observatory.
