While speaking about expanding relations between Azerbaijan and Romania in recent years, he gave a high assessment to the ‘Electronic Lessons’ project, which is being jointly implemented by the two countries. The Minister said that the Project is under the 2nd phase of its implementation now.
‘The ‘SIVECO’ company is cooperating with local companies. The mutually beneficial cooperation between companies from both countries will continue in the future.’ he said. In her turn, Ms. Sokol told A.Abbasov about the ‘SIVECO’ company, and activities implemented by this company in Azerbaijan.
‘SIVECO is one of the leading software companies in Central-Eastern Europe. Software products produced by the company are used in a number of countries. SIVECO in cooperation with a local company ‘Ultra’ successfully completed the 1st phase of the "Electronic Lessons" project in 50 comprehensive schools in Azerbaijan.
The 2nd phase of project will cover the greater number of schools. A similar project has already been successfully implemented in Romania. 80% of lessons in 5-12 forms of schools have been digitalized in Romania. We have wide experience in this field.’ Ms. Sokol said.

The Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov met with the President of the ‘SIVECO’ company Ms. Irina Sokol. During the meeting A.
